Job description


PierMagic Foundation Specialists seeks an excellent communicator to answer phones, set appointments and support our sales staff. The company will provide training. No prior knowledge of home foundation repair necessary, but willingness to learn is a must. PierMagic services the entire Kansas City Metro.


Candidate must:

*Be well spoken and outgoing

*Work in a team environment; contributing to tasks when needed 

*Communicate with salespeople on lead scheduling, and support needed for their success

*Have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams)

*Have the ability to type 40 wpm
*Have the ability to write business emails
*Have the ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service
*Dispatch role - Making sure all calls/leads are followed up

*Managing website leads - ensure all leads are followed up

*Have a verifiable track record of stability and dependability (3 references)
*Have reliable transportation
*Be able to pass a drug test and background check


Job Type:

Part-time

The hourly pay for this position is $18–$20, with potential for additional earnings based on experience and skill set.


Hours:

Expected hours: 30-35 hours per week
